Protect Yourself from Scholarship Fraud
Confirm every AIMS message through the official aimslayyah.edu.pk domain.
A fraudulent message may copy a logo, alter a letter, imitate an email display name, use a lookalike domain, or promise selection in exchange for payment.
Red flags
- payment to a personal account or mobile wallet;
- guaranteed selection;
- pressure to act secretly or immediately;
- free or lookalike email domains;
- award letter without a verifiable reference;
- changed bank details without authenticated confirmation;
- request for a password or one-time code;
- unofficial social-media application links.
What to do
AIMS does not ask applicants to pay money to a personal bank account, individual representative, or mobile wallet. AIMS does not currently charge an application fee.
